Hi Kyle, yes there is a thread for road bike recommendations and another for just general questions, but as you're here now it's worth stating what you're planning to use the bike for and therefore what type of bike you're planning to build, something geared like a racer, tourer or hybrid commuter/town bike, or a fixed gear / single speed track type? Once you've clarified I'm sure you'll get plenty of suggestions.
