  • I think that next year we're going to see a couple of things.

    a) Movistar putting a stronger GC team together for Quintana. He can't keep getting down to one domestique to go that far from the summit, no matter what Sky are doing.
    b) Yates being given a proper leading role and a better GC style team.
    c) More interesting racing where less teams depend on a climb to win tactic and the GC contenders possibly trying to knock lumps out of each other on descending and flatter stages.

    I'm hoping next year is the year that we see Froome knocked off the top spot. Not because I don't want him to win but because I want to see other teams coming out and being more tactically bold. Sky may be boring but they aren't nearly as tedious as a bunch of other teams depending on waiting until the third week and not understanding why it doesn't work.
