My Super Gentleman is Aelle. And it's definitely not lower end, it also has the same forks as yours does @dazzrie (photo below)
I'd assume late 70's early 80s for yours. Check out:

Edit: has it been repainted? Just those decals and the details of the frame seem odd to me?

Aelle tubing - as I suspected - indicates that it is indeed an entry-level model. I don't think it's a leader since they were usually made from higher quality tubesets + as I mentioned before, afaik leaders have the round cut-out at the edge of the headtube lugs.
If you want to find out the model, google: "olmo aelle" and see if you can find info on what models used this tubeset.
