Oxymoron :-)
It would be possible to make one using the expanding mandrel design, but nobody bothers because the people who want an adapter don't want to pay £50 for one. I can't see any good reason to select among the many generic ones which all use the same wedge expansion method. Check the length of the 1⅛" section and the transition to the ⅞" section if you intend to slam the stem, some of them need at least ½" from the bottom of the stem to the top of the headset lock nut.
