Kinda depends on what you're looking for, but lately I've been using http://www.Bike24.com and have to say I'm impressed. They just have so much stuff.
I'm going to tour in the near future and ordered tyres, mudguards, pedals, bottle cages, pannier bags and more, all in one go. What I didn't find for example are some nice NITTO bars, so got them off Marktplaats by pure luck.
