Yes, I guess you are right. The Sugino BB is ISO and the newer model of Miche Crankset (which I have) is JIS. So yeah, that explains a lot.
I am not sure what I want to do next. Get a new BB anders loose the Sugino 75 BB or upgrade the crank....
