I had this with my Dolan maybe try a crank with 130bcd rings like a Sugino rd2 or messenger. Not exactly bling but it should solve your problem by moving that crank bolt in to clear the stays.
Edit. Also - I might have a crappy driveside crank arm with a 130bcd ring on it if you wanted to try it up against the frame. I'll check tomorrow and let you know.
