Screen is an issue with air, dont think I can live with 1366x768 native .. air with retina is the perfect laptop which is what apple would do next week I reckon .. I'll still be in my 14 day return period .. but yeah shiny things

I was thinking more in terms of actual Computing specs. I definitely would appreciate the better screen.

if you work in design then retinas are a massive pain in the ass in regards to compatibility and working across multiple machines, it will be great when all computers are retina but at the moment of my 20 machines at work only one is and it also has the most issues with the graphics card trying to render imagery

Every comparison I've read for MB pro vs MB air vs MB has the New macbook down as a vanity purchase.
