• Anyone seen something like this before? i tried to undo the cog and in doing so the entire hub including threads started turning, on both side of the hub. There do appear to be some sort of notches for a lockring tool on this side. Can't tell if it is meant to do this or if it's fucked. When I turned it, the metal plates around the hub started bending apart.

    The disc is Russian, probably a Fluidisk

    Nope.

    There do appear to be some sort of notches for a lockring tool on this side.

    Entirely supposition on my part, but I'd think they are to prevent the hub turning and unbonding from the disc when you remove the sprocket.

    Can't tell if it is meant to do this or if it's fucked.

    It looks like the hub is in two parts secured by the screws, so you should be able to completely disassemble and re-bond the disc to the flanges.

    But...
