  • 104mm is NDS, there are specific bearing shields that move the entire axle DS-ward, as well as a specific axle that also does this, (both designed for SRM use, both of which I have should you need), the 109mm axle goes the other way.

  • With the help of @scherrit's vice we swapped the spider for the P2M this morning. I test fitted the cranks and it looks like the 104mm is doable but it might depend on how close my feet are to the chainstay so it'll need a proper fit and then a ride test to see if it works. If not, the 109mm will go in. So thanks for your tool loan - I'll get it back to you soon

  • I think there are photos in my old System Six thread of how close you can run the crank arm to the chainstay, can't help with the feet though!
