I think you're a bit wrong about your perception of Rapha vs Vulpine pricing.

Same price. Only one I'd even consider.

That Vulpine jacket looks like something you'd want to go Rambling in, as opposed to the Rapha one that actually looks like a piece of cycle clothing.
