How shit are the FSA chainrings? Today when cleaning the bike I could feel them flex when rubbing them down with babywipes. Should I get praxis or spider rings?

Wait a minute are you saying it is possible to put spiderrings on the cheap si cranks that 105 caad12 has?

I was under the impression the 110 5 arm spider is part of the cranks

those FSA rings are bullshit, go Praxis (or Cannondale)
