I've never seen any. The steel SRAM/Truvativ ones are blued CrMo, not always easy to find sets of 5 but they are out there e.g. http://www.edinburghbicycle.com/products/truvativ-chainring-bolt-kit
If you want silver double hex, you're probably going to have to use aluminium. I got some off of ebay which seem fine.
