VO Diagonale is good. I think there is one that Velocity makes as well.

GET V BRAKES BOSSES BRAZE ON. Its the cheapest/best solution.

Cheapest solution is getting long reach brakes, the whole point of the conversion is to be able to use existing frames without modification

Well my calculation is based on Winston's charges for brazing those bosses on plus some cheap tektro V/Mini V.
