:) they were a right bastard even with real size molegrips, had a t shirt wrapped around the cap but still scratched it. Proper sweating and pulling at it for ages. Was terrified I'd break the hub but they popped out eventually.

Not a clue, I seem to recall one of them came out easy and all of the QR caps I popped in went in easy.
