Right, just locked the poll, and have checked the results, it was indeed a tie between @oat44 & @greeno at 22:00.

There was one vote cast at 22:07 (sorry, was distracted by pondering Humble Bundles ;) ) which could be used as a decider...

or do we let the winner of the previous week decide?

Hmmm, either keep it as a draw, or use that last (late) vote to decide.

My preference would be for the winner of the previous week to have the deciding vote, I think that is how @Velocio is thinking the new method would work...

They're the one who picked the theme, and thus the vision it's tied to...
