There was one vote cast at 22:07 (sorry, was distracted by pondering Humble Bundles ;) ) which could be used as a decider...

I think that was my late vote, which was mostly to see which was which and not a very educated decision. So I'd be in favour of letting the previous winner decide.
Hmmm, either keep it as a draw, or use that last (late) vote to decide.
