GLWS indeed. I agree this is a fantastic wheelset - bombproof, but fast and comfortable.
I have the same 32H SL23s with PW hubs (low flange) - and they are perfectly true, and have twice survived the Paris-Roubaix sportive - as well as commuting daily across Oxford!
I'd lose the terrible Pacenti stickers, though...
