Just to follow up (and since there aren't many routes in this thread...) I rode this route when I was in Norfolk. I pilfered it from someone else on ridewithgps. Some lanes a bit grotty but overall it was great, particularly towards the western part of the route, which includes a bit of paved cycle route through the grounds of a National trust property.
