Yeah Dishoom I can see doing well. It does have a USP, in that its menu is quite different to the standard Indian menu you see across the country.
In terms of successful almost-chains there's Masala Zone (never been) and in the north there are some smaller localised ones. AFAIK they have no USP other than being "OK".
