I have a pair of Shimano 105 mechanical calipers. BR517's I think. You can adjust both pads.
Brand new and boxed, I had the older ones (BR515) which I had stripped from an old build and they got recalled, so I swapped them in and ended up with these. I bought the originals to replace some BB7s I was having trouble with and found them to be on a par in terms of performance. They're just sitting around as I haven't built anything with discs up since.
They seem to be about £35 each so how about £40 for the pair?
