Hardly any gap tbh but you could put pins on the map recognise the gaps rationally and then ask around if they are appropriate.
There is Le bicycle, coffee shop next to panagua bikes, holmwood farm shop and cadence so the route to and from Kent is pretty much covered.
A cafe/bike shop between Westerham, Brasted or Sundridge could be a good idea; not London though.
If London and SE, Ladywell perhaps ..
