    I'm finishing warf on 31 dec then further blood analysis end of jan

    if I don't cark it before hand, but off bad diet, toxin intake, recs for good, so who knows, I might make it until xmas 2016..

    Gave those useless fuckers more blood at the start of Dec so only another 6-8 weeks before I find out if I have some other issue. I've got myself a chest problem now to tide me over until then :)

    Think I've been to the hospital more times in one month this year than I'd been in the previous 20-odd years of my life. Conclusion: England is bad for one's health.
