    and aero position on non-aero bike > non-aero position on aero bike.

  • They generally ride worse than non-aero bikes as a result of the tubing profiles. Also likely to have more aggressive geometry as they're supposed to be race bikes. If you're not racing do you need the absolutely minimal wattage saving? I'm an aerogeek but an aero frame is very low down the list of priorities for my road bike.

  • They look gash too

    And unless you are bloody quick you look a bit silly riding em on the club-run.

    Or the etape. I assume there's a whole load of elevation gain to be had? They aren't very good at that.
