Oh I'd forgotten this thread existed. I had a splinter in my finger, dug it out, wound healed over but a bit later a lump formed under the skin. It's annoying as it's on the finger pad so I can feel it when I grip stuff. I guess it may be scar tissue but has anyone had something similar? I haven't got that thing where scars grow really big.
