I workout from home 3x a week. The only think I have is a pull up bar, to do pull ups and leg raises. I'd have rings, but bar was easier.
You don't need anything else.
I really like Convict Conditioning by Paul Wade. He's a bit egomaniac, but the facts mostly hold. It's really simple, raw strength work.

Right people, need a bit of help / guidance please.
I have a membership for the Better gym chain, which although 'only' being 30-odd quid a month, stacks up to around £400 a year.
As I've been putting more and more time and focus on riding, I'm finding i only go about twice a week, and only use the weights and some calisthenics equipment whilst I'm there (like the pull-up bars etc). Am getting pretty bored and pissed off with all the goons at the gym and the general faff of getting there, and I think I'm wasting money seeing as I don't really ues heavy weights or treadmills / the pool etc etc.
So, I'm thinking of cancelling my membership and doing things at home instead. I just want to do stuff for all round strength and conditioning focused on riding, and also to prevent me from turning into someone like Chris Froome, who looks like he can't even hold a door open.
The type of stuff I do at the gym are push ups, press ups, dips, weighted squats (this is the only time I use heavier weights), planks, crunches etc.
I already have an exercise mat and some ancient dumbells at home, which can go up to about 15kg.
What can I be doing at home with this equipment to get a reasonable workout? Am considering buying a few extra bits to supplement what I have already if they're small and storable, like a swiss ball and kettlebells etc.
Off the top of my head and a quick google, i was thinking:
Press Ups / renegade rows / press up into side plan
Lower weight weighted squats / single leg squat
Crunches / planks etc
Kettlebell swing (if i buy one)
Dumbell T
Shoulder press
I want it to be functional exercise as much as possible.
Any ideas would be ace, thanks in advance!
