@JWestland @BCarley Thanks for the info. Im marathon training at the moment so my weight should go down to 90kg. Normally this doesn't effect my lifts but im pushing my running a little harder this year so we'll see.

Jesus, good numbers man, have a look on here and see if you want to sign up for gbpf, it's the UK branch of IPF. You'd clean up if you dropped down to 93kgs.
