The story doesn't seem to be on the normal Standard web-site for some reason, but the Standard has named the victim as Denis O'Neill, who was 69. If you search for the headline 'Cyclist killed in crash was always running errands for the elderly' you'll see the mention in on-line facsimile editions, e.g. on page 36 here:
