  • PS supps wise: I started 5000 IU of Vitamin D as day (on days with no strong sunlight so, eh, 80% of UK days then...) to get Vitamin D levels up.

    It seems most of us are chronically low, not to the extent of a direct shortage, but with suboptimal levels in winter. Of course, sun is best, but this is the UK and sunbeds are linked to sun cancer.

    I sleep OK but added ZMA to mental list, who knows :)
