appreciate that the 25-yr-old stopped at the scene, and as no arrests have been made, perhaps its most simply one of those things,
RIP 60-year-old stalwart - would still like to know your name - and with permission of your relatives contribute to a plaque marking the place of a fallen person riding a bicycle;
