Great condition. No dents, no scratches, no holes. The tubular is just for protecting the rim and the tubular is not glued on the rim. For 20€ I can add brand new vittoria juniores/rally 650c tubular to the deal.
I can glue the tubular for buyer if asked. Pictures in my flickr for people in most hurry :)
