• I did follow one of the plans earlier this year and found it ok, as far as a generic plan goes. I need structure and goals, so plans are good for me. However, I'm writing my own training plan for this winter. Mainly to understand it all a bit more clearly and also to target my weaknesses more specifically.

    How do you go about doing that though? Based on lots of reading of TARWAPM book?

  • Yep, lots of reading (and then asking skinny/others with knowledge when I inevitably get stuck).
