What would you say is a good level of stock to carry i.e. inner tubes, brake blocks, spokes etc? I'm not planning on stocking parts i.e. saddles, stems, seatposts etc at first, but will obviously need inner tubes etc for 'bread and butter' services.
Anything you've found particularly useful to stock up on?
