Uhuh. Flow is quite wide - check the stans site and compare with Grail, Crest, iron cross etc.

Might be the older Flow, which is closer in internal width to the Arch EX than the Flow EX.

Flow - external width 28mm/internal width 22.6mm

Arch EX - external width 24.6mm/internal width 21mm

Flow EX - external width 29.1mm/internal width 25.5mm
