Thanks for the information on the year, I'm not that of an expert. It has the clover-cut out on the BB shell (without "colnago" being cutted out), cable routing under the BB-shell and a band-on front derailleur.
I'm going to keep it as is (no respraying) and put Nuovo Record parts on it. I have a Super Record too but that one I want to put on the Eddy Merckx Professional (first generation; built under guidance of Ugo De Rosa) I'm building.

Looks like an '82-'83 to me.
Nice original paint to keep, just build it up with date correct parts I'd say..
