Sorry for my epic bike fail this evening, I had to bail early as the once I got into the 13T or lower it started to make a weird noise. Plus riding on the inner chainring (due to my di2 on recovery mode) wasn't fun! =(

Got a bit carried away, aye. Had fun. Nice evening. Quietened down a bit after 7:15ish. Think the am laps are better but my body is happier in the pm. Managing to hold my HR higher now so some improvements coming in.
