• @Cycliste uses S bend bars on her Zipp Vukas, and I use S bends on my Brezza IIs. It's obviously a very personal thing, and depends on how you want your hands to be when you're on the extensions. I like having my hands on the sides of the bars with my thumbs on top, so S bends work for me. If you want to have your hands more vertical, with the fingers at the front, then ski bends will work better. Extensions are relatively cheap (particularly for ali ones) so suck it and see.
