Differences between discs are pretty marginal, not really worth worrying about especially as you have interaction with frame to consider too. Difficult and expensive to test.

Even if you do insist on fucking up the aeros by putting touring tyres on ;)

In a 24hr my undercarriage gets shredded so anything I can do to minimise the bumps is a compromise worth making. I might run a skinnier front tyre this year (need all the help I can get!).

Yeah, I think you get special exemption in a 24hr. Need to source a wheel that'll take wider than a 20c for Bentley 12hr, don't fancy 8hrs of the Chawton stretch on my Hed.
