Don't know if that is a Carlton? Track ends don't look right IMO but the forks & crown look like Carlton/holds worth jobs I've seen before. It has that old school 25/27 degree frame angle thing going on, so might be a conversion.....
Think the lugs are Nervex Pro though, maybe the later version, but need to see the 'front horns' of them to confirm exactly.
Seen that wrap over somewhere too and it's really annoying me that I can't remember where!!
Looks like a decent frame though
