Actually he might not be able to do 2000w any more (those figures are from a few years ago) - I'm guessing he will have lost some power along with the weight, but w/kg wise he is a beast.
2000w is his peak power, so probably ~5s. I reckon Greipel has lost that top end, but can probably hold 1800w for a lot longer now.
There's a good interview with Cav saying that his peak power isn't as high as others, but that he can sustain it for longer.. but last year and this he has been beaten in drag races by Kittel and Greipel. Cav used to be able to win a sprint 100m before the line, he would leave everyone dead with his kick by spinning up a smaller sprint gear, while everyone was still trying to get over 53x11 and then sit up to celebrate.. he doesn't seem to be able to time his jump right at the moment and has lost a little bit of his punch.
