Well, it may just be my opinion, and my experience, but having had a number of Hed3, Corima, blah blah, £400 is about £150 more than I've ever paid for one, and thus either I have been very lucky, or you have been very unlucky.
Either way, I've seen stranger things happen than people pay well over the odds for a "HHSB" wheel or other novelty items (although I appreciate you're pic is of a track bike in its natural habitat), so good luck with the sale, I'm sure someone with deep pockets, no idea of general value of such items and an impatience to make their ride look rad will jump at the chance to snap it up!
