The fork is defintely bent, and probably the frame also has a dent. Could you make a detailed picture from the lug and the fork, cause i wouldn't trust this this frame.

This guy's been selling on here a while and anybody who's bought off of him has been very happy with the service and product delivered.
Now, I don't know what it is you think you're seeing in the photograph, but peering down upon the subject, the way the photographer has done, lines are going to get distorted, the image may well mislead.
Time and time again I've seen people on here, with no apparent understanding of optics, accuse sellers of pushing bent bikes when it's simply been a case of lens distortion; the camera ALWAYS lies. -
Yes tomorrow I ' ll take more closer pictures of that part and we'll see.
