I've done a knife skills workshop there. It was great. I cut myself.

Knife skills sounds interesting, I was looking at the butchery or one of the 'guest chef' courses, the Italian or Pilgrims Pizza tick the most boxes. The diploma prices are mental, you'd have to be 100% sure you want to be a chef!
