Youve removed the axle which holds it in place so it looks like its a tight fit stopping you just pulling it off . I'd get a small crosshead screwdriver or pin punch and gently tap your way around the bits that look like balls (which im guessing are the tips of the fixxers splines) from the rear rather than the innermost circular part that surrounds them.
