5kg inc bag. I just don't bother to squish everything. Just lazy and push it in and do it up.
And no not worried at all. I'm only 70kg anyway. So the saddle and post can take a lot more.
@edscoble no punctures. 1 pinch flat but my fault hitting a rock at 30mph.
Not a single puncture in 3000 miles on front tyre. Replace rear before I came away.

How much weight do you have in the seatbag? It looks huge, are you not afraid of destroying the seatpost or frame?
