Definitely, one thing I've learned over the past few years. If you're thinking about getting a laptop to play games on, don't listen to the people who've never used a laptop to play games on harping on about how crap they are for the job.
Regarding the laptop you posted a link to, here's a video of GTAV with a similar laptop and same graphics card playing it. Apparently runs at 40+fps when not recording:
It is indeed, but still no match for I guess even a half decent graphics card. But it's pretty awesome that you can buy a tablet that's not intended for gaming that's able to run GTAV (just), looking forward to building up a proper desktop soon!
