I don't know what to suggest... is it both the front and rear that are off? The only thing I did with the bike was strip it down and reassemble with a different chainset, longer seatpost and a different cockpit. Everything else on the bike is as is the day it was put together... unless the front and rear brakes are different lengths? and maybe I put them back to front when rebuilding??

@Charlie33 don't get me wrong I love the bike and the wheels but the brakes do not fit you can get the pads to engage properly with the rims they are always at an angle of about 60 degrees
