It's an Arundel Tubi bag - perfect for a pre-glued tub and some tools, or a couple of inner tubes and tools, I transfer it from bike to bike so I always have a multitool, pump, repair kit, spare tube etc.
The Flo's are really nice wheels - I know I bang on about them but they're really good fun.
