RE: sizing - I would say it's consistent with size medium in other cycling brands (Rapha & Torm for example), it's not race fit (as you'd expect from this kind of jacket) but is well tailored and certainly doesn't leave anything flapping in the wind.
For ref, I'm a pretty skinny 192cm's and the fit is good (slim) around the body, short at the front, just long enough at the back but well too short in the arms when on the bike.
