Hi all
I have recently purchased a Mercian Pro Lugless, which will soon become my fair weather ride, it gloss black and beautiful! Not sure if Im going down the all black stealth route, or the Mag-Pie black with silver parts route,but my question is... what wheels? Im a weighty guy 15-16st, I tend to go for Hope hubs, because I've always used them for mtb'ing, they are easy to service and super reliable... but what rims? I current run Hope Rs-SP 3.0 (24H and 20H) on my daily, obviously this spoke count isn't ideal for me, but the current rims are built like tanks.
Was thinking of going back to Mavic Open Pro's but in 28H rather than 32H or possibly Polished H Plus Son Archetype. Any other suggestions for a weighty rider?
